I can honestly say that I would not have attempted this sale with another realtor. I had planned to

sell the house as is and Kris talked me into going the traditional route, knowing some obstacles

that don't normally exist. Without going into detail, I can say Kris went above and beyond in

making this sale possible. There were a few communication issues and a few times that I felt like I

needed to reemphasize the situation to make sure I was heard but overall it all got worked through.

I have already recommended Kris to other people.
